NDA Protocol.
Bastion engagements operate against tiered confidentiality. Every access is gated, executed, and logged.
Three tiers.
Tier I — Engagement NDA
Standard mutual confidentiality executed at intake. Governs scope discussions and preliminary diagnostic material.
Tier II — Operating NDA
Extended confidentiality covering operating-layer artifacts: structural diagrams, custody records, audit packets.
Tier III — Trustee Briefing NDA
Reserved for Trustee's Gambit™ and Sovereign Advisory Cell™ matters. Counsel-sensitive material; bench-restricted access.
Execution.
NDAs are executed via verified digital signature with a counter-executed copy delivered to the principal. The executed instrument enters the evidence system as a Tier-I artifact and travels with the engagement record.
Access governance.
NDA tier is enforced at the access layer. Portal documents are gated by the executed tier on file. Tier upgrades require a new executed instrument; downgrades do not retroactively revoke access already logged.
Restricted continuation.
Operational enforcement procedure, tier-specific carve-outs, and counsel-coordination protocols are not published. They are released under executed NDA through the Bastion Portal, with access provisioned per matter and logged to the evidence ledger.
